The primary challenge was to manage bulk customer queries efficiently, especially during peak dining hours. Also, restaurants want to address common questions regarding menu items, dietary restrictions, reservation availability, and special events without overwhelming their staff. Balancing the need for automation with maintaining a human touch was essential to ensure a seamless dining experience for customers. A solution was needed to:

Understanding the specific requirements and objectives of our client, we developed Vibechat, a chatbot assistant tailored to the restaurant’s needs.
