The Brief

Amateur athletes frequently struggle with disorganized court booking schedules, uneven player skill mismatches, and sudden game cancellations.

The Social Sports unifies players, team captains, and venue managers into a cohesive, gamified community with instant court reservation.

Challenges

Balancing venue slot reservations, team rosters, and real-time player attendance required solving multi-sided marketplace coordination:

Eliminate double-booking conflicts across partner sports arenas.
Automate player skill rating balancing to maintain competitive matches.
Keep drop-out rates low with automated waiting lists and roster replacement.
Provide seamless in-app payments and split fee collection.

Our Approach

We designed an ultra-responsive mobile experience centering around interactive map discovery and frictionless match organizing.
